I heard that you have a lovely tradition you follow when travelling! Could you tell us about it here again? (*About the photo session?)
When traveling, we like to have professional photos done. We now have family photos and memories from several countries. We use them on our yearly Christmas card photo. It’s unique and a fun memory.

Your family's incredible closeness truly moved me throughout the entire session! If you have any tips for maintaining such a wonderful family bond, I'd love to hear them! :)
One thing that helps us be close is knowing how each person in the family likes to give and receive Love (you can look up "5 love languages). One of my girls likes lots of hugs and touch, one of them likes to just talk about things, and one needs a lot of words of encouragements. If I try to do those things with them, they feel loved and safe and it creates closeness. I am not naturally affectionate but I try to be sure to hug my kids at least once a day. Scheduling times just for fun (like holidays) when I don’t have to say “Go do this… Do your school work… Clean your room” is is also helpful. I tend to focus on getting things done so I have to remember to just have fun sometimes! Maybe that helps!

Asakusa was a bit crowded, but I hope I was able to share some aspects of Japanese culture as well. How was the the photoshoot?
We all liked drawing the fortunes! We brought them home with us. It was fun to see the temple area and even though the area was crowded, that seems like a typical day in Tokyo. It was nice to explore the area with someone who knew where to go!
